We provide 6400 residential services across Pennsylvania, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live the life they choose — with dignity, independence, and genuine human connection.
Based in Jenkintown and serving families across southeastern Pennsylvania, we operate under the Office of Developmental Programs to provide community-based residential support.
Integrity Human Services was built on a simple idea: that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve the same things everyone else does — a say in their daily life, relationships that feel real, and a home that feels like theirs.
Our residential homes are licensed under Chapter 6400 and staffed by Direct Support Professionals trained in person-centered practices. Every plan we write starts with listening — to the individual, to the family, and to the support coordinator. From there, we build routines that protect autonomy, encourage growth, and keep safety quiet in the background.
We don't take on more homes than we can personally know. That's by design.
Every individual we support lives by their own ISP. These are the services we weave together to make that plan a real, livable day.
Licensed community homes where individuals receive 24-hour support from trained DSPs. Small staff ratios and quiet, residential settings — not institutional.
We coordinate with the individual, their family, and the SC to translate the ISP into daily routines, outings, and goals — reviewed and adjusted regularly.
Real participation in the community — work, worship, recreation, relationships. We support the individual in going where they want to go, not where's convenient.
Med administration by trained and certified staff, medical appointment coordination, and clear communication with family and providers.
Families stay close. We provide regular updates, invite input on plan changes, and keep support coordinators looped in on everything that matters.
Positive-practices approach, coordinated with licensed behavioral specialists. We focus on what works — understanding the person, not managing the behavior.
They're on our logo for a reason. Self-direction, choice, and control aren't philosophy to us — they're the questions we ask every day about every decision.
The person leads. Our job is to understand their goals and remove the obstacles — not to decide what "good" looks like for them.
From what's for dinner to where to live, we protect the individual's right to choose. Big choices and small ones — both matter.
Real ownership over one's own life. We support, we don't direct. Autonomy is the outcome we're working toward in every routine.
If you want work that matters and a team that knows your name, this might be the right place. Every application starts with a quick pre-screening.
DSPs at Integrity are the heart of what we do. We hire for character first — the rest can be trained.
Starting rate shared during the pre-screening. Shift differentials and overtime available.
Full DSP orientation, med cert support, CPR/First Aid — on the clock.
Days, evenings, overnights, and weekend-only schedules available.
Benefit options available for full-time employees.
Reasonable time-off requests honored — just ask ahead.
You'll know every home and coworker. No call-center energy.
Whether you're a family looking for residential support, a support coordinator with a referral, or someone considering DSP work — we'd love to hear from you.
